The Radiant Renewal Retreat at Casa on the Potomac, just 90 miles from Washington, DC, for a weekend All INCLUSIVE retreat to calm your nervous system. The retreat will run from Friday evening, July 19, 2024, through Sunday afternoon, July 21. (Itinerary below).

The location will be at Casa Om Potomac, a yoga retreat center on the Potomac River in West Virginia, just 90 miles from Washington, D.C. It is a beautiful setting close to nature that provides:

Angel Hiles is a licensed therapist in the state of OH and WV and owner of Holistic Healing Mind Body Spirit, LLC. 

She has spent the last 10 years honing her craft with endless hours of professional and personal development. She specializes in complex trauma, stress management, codependency, love addiction, ADHD, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationships. 

Angel has overcome her own personal struggles and completely transformed her life by utilizing holistic practices and developing healthy habits.

She felt God called her to start a business so she could extend her reach as a coach/mentor and offer holistic health coaching and retreats, (including spiritual and relational development). 

Angel is intuitive, kind, fun, and passionate about teaching others holistic habits and how to connect with their divine selves, with God, and heal from the inside out.

She enjoys music, exercising, being silly, being outside, learning, spending time with her husband, pets, and the people she loves, and strives to show God’s love in everything she does.

  • 4:00-5:30 pm: Welcome, Introductions, Overview of the Retreat; Pass out Journals/Notebooks
  • 6 pm: Dinner (vegetarian meal provided)
  • 7:30 pm: Discussion of Chronic Stress and the Nervous System
  • 9:00pm: Campfire, Connection, and FUN!

 

Saturday, July 20th

  • 7-8 am: Meditation and Gentle Movement
  • 8-9 am: Breakfast (provided)
  • 9:30- 11:00 am: Mindfulness Hike
  • 11 am-Noon: Mindfulness activity of choice (journal, sit outside, socialize, color, etc)
  • 1 pm – 2 pm Lunch (provided)
  • 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm: Yoga
  • 4:00-5:00 pm: Relaxation and connection
  • 5:00-6:00 PM: Meditation
  • 6:00 PM: Dinner (provided)
